Once we discuss your booking request, your appointment slot will be tentatively held for you. A deposit must be by the next day by 10AM, through e-transfer to faryalakhtar96@gmail.com to finalize your booking. Deposit amounts are;
$80 for any balayage & colour service
$40 for all other services
Your appointment will only be confirmed once I have received your deposit. Unfortunately, due to the large number of requests I receive, I may not be able to guarantee your preferred availability if your deposit is delayed.

Life is crazy and plans can change in a second; I get that!
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me via email up to 48 hours before your appointment for a full deposit refund.
Unfortunately, your deposit will be non-refundable if you request to cancel after this window. Please understand I invest extensive time and effort in preparing for each of my clients, which makes it challenging for me to make exceptions to this policy on short notice.

You have the flexibility to reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment time. Please contact me via email to coordinate a new date for your appointment.
If you decide to make changes to your booking within this time frame, your deposit will be applied to the new appointment date.
